Mayopathy Kappagam, an institute for Muscular dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy and Locomotor disabilities was situated at Vellanguli, Tamil Nadu.

Mayopathy Kappagam has received numerous accolades and awards towards the service for the people with locomotor disability.

• Mayopathy Kappagam received the award for best Institution from the hands of Honorable District Collector of Tirunelveli on the occasion of Independence day (15.08.2011) Celeberations.
• We received the State award for best institution of the year 2015 from the Tamilnadu State Government on 16.2.2016.
• Our Managing Director J. Ramasamy of Mayopathy Kappagam was honored by Pasumai Indhiya Award for his outstanding achievement & distinguished Services to the nation at Chennai on15th November 2015 and the award was given by the then Governor of Tamilnadu Mr. Rosaiya.
• Our Managing Director Mr. J. Ramasamy of Mayopathy Kappagam was honoured by the government of Tamil Nadu on the occasion of World Disability Day on 3.12.2018.
